「返信」は、Shopifyストアに届くクレーム・カスハラ(カスタマーハラスメント)・お問い合わせへの返信案を、AIが数秒で下書きするカスタマーサポート向けのツールです。暴言をそのまま読んで消耗する前に、感情表現を取り除いた事実だけの要約を提示し、炎上を招かない返信文案を作成します。
無料プランは月20回まで、カード登録なしでお使いいただけます。
受け取ったメールを専用アドレスに転送するだけで要約・返信案を自動生成し担当者へ通知するメール連携も、無料プランでご利用いただけます(画面からの生成と同じ枠を使います)。スタンダードプランは回数が無制限です。
本文に注文番号があれば、Shopify Admin APIから実際の注文状況を取得し、事実に基づいた返信案を生成します(お客様の個人情報は取得しません)。
届いた本文と返信案は日時つきで90日間保存され、あとから見返せます。保存は設定でオフにできます。
