EcomAppReviews ranks e-commerce apps by what the data supports: the real ratings and review counts on the public app store listing, the pricing plans as listed, the integrations the developer names and the feature handles the store attaches. Shopify is the first platform; others follow with the same templates.

Who runs it

The site is operated by Reaktion ApS, a Danish company that also publishes a Shopify app in the analytics category. That is a conflict of interest, so it is handled by rule rather than by promise: the operator's app is one record among all the others, ranked by the published formula, with no sitewide links to the operator, no promotional blocks and no curated modules anywhere on the site. Where the data comes from

Every number comes from a crawl of apps.shopify.com: the listing page, its review pages and the category tree. Vendor text is shown collapsed and labelled as developer claims. Shopify's own review summaries are never republished. Review excerpts are capped at 25 words and link to the source review.

Corrections and takedowns

If a value is wrong, it is wrong in the crawl and is fixed on the next run; tell us and we re-crawl the listing. A developer or a merchant can ask for a review excerpt to be suppressed within 72 hours; the counts stay, the quote goes. Requests go to hello at ecomappreviews.com.

There are no sponsored rows, no editor's picks and no affiliate links to app developers. Links to apps.shopify.com are plain attribution links.
