Answers quote your prices and stock, and product cards let shoppers pick a variant and add to cart in the chat. Questions it can't answer are listed so you can add them to Knowledge. When it can't help or you're closed, shoppers leave their email for your team. Preview answers in Test chat, reply from the admin, then hand chats back to AI.
