Returnio gives customers a self-serve page to start a return or exchange using their order number and shipping zip code, with no account or password. Merchants set return zones per group of countries, each with its own window, address, and allowed outcomes: refund, exchange, or store credit. Automation rules can flag repeat returns for manual review, waive fees on damaged items, or reject items outside policy. Every return is tracked in an admin screen inside Shopify, with full history.
