It answers customer questions using your own store content, including product details, pages, and store policies, so shoppers get relevant replies without leaving your store. Setup is no-code and takes two steps: enable the app embed in your theme, then visit your storefront. Your store content is read automatically when you install, and the chatbot keeps up to date as your store changes. You choose which domains the widget runs on.
