    "アプリが自社の購入顧客を理解し、日々の売り上げをメールで通知してくれる。そして、オーディエンスを的確に振り分けして、商品の購入CVを上げる支援を行ってくれるところは魅力です。また、Shopfyアプリにあるチャットだけの担当者のコミュニケーションでなく、地に足つけて担当者がしっかりとサポートしていく手厚い姿勢が本当に素晴らしいです。アプリの性能だけでなくその後のアフターフォローの充実度がこのサービスの価値だと思います。まだまだ改善点はあると思いますが、その意見も真摯に受け止め改善に努めてくれます。ぜひ皆様のお勧めしたいアプリです。"

    "ECショップを個人で運営しています。公式LINEの運用のヒントになれば、と思って初めてみました。ポップが出てきて友達追加しやすい設計がいいです。LINEIDの連携機能も良くて、お客様個々に応じたリマインドが送れる機能はもちろん、傾向・分析のデータとしても非常に役に立つので戦略的にも役に立っています。 そして慣れない初めての作業や急な変更にも快く対応してくださったのが非常に助かりました。公式LINEのことだけじゃなく、お店の売り上げをどうやってあげるかをトータルで親身になってサポートしてくださり、アイデアや知見をいただけたのも本当に助かりました。"
