Every order records who bought what and when, so cover is on file without customers filling anything in. Set one policy for the store, or different cover for named products, collections or variants. Each claim is checked against that policy and the purchase date, so you get a verdict and a reason. Approve and issue a replacement, refund, store credit or repair, with an RMA and a tracking page.
