Trackly adds a ready-to-use order tracking page to your store at /apps/track. Shoppers enter their order number and checkout email to see live shipping status, carrier and delivery timeline from your Shopify fulfillments. The same delivery history powers Disputes: when a Shopify Payments chargeback opens, Trackly lists it with the order's delivery state, pre-writes a response from the order, carrier scans and your policies, and exports an evidence PDF you attach when you respond in Shopify.
