Every refund is a lost sale. Mint Returns adds a self-serve returns page to your store, inside your theme, where customers find their order with their order number and email, pick items and a reason, and are steered to an exchange for another size or colour first, or store credit with an optional bonus, before a refund. Your return window, reasons and quantities are checked against the live order. Requests become real Shopify returns.
