    "Shopifyの商品情報を更新しても、Facebook & Instagram側に古い商品説明が残ったまま同期されることがあり、その古い情報をもとにポリシー違反判定されました。 今回は一般的なスポーツソックスが「Medical equipment（医療関連用品）」として却下され、再審査も通りませんでした。確認すると、現在ストア上では表示していない過去の商品説明がFacebook & Instagram側に残っていました。 販売者から見ると、 ・現在どの商品情報がMetaへ送信されているのか ・いつ同期された情報なのか ・古いデータが残っている場合、どこから更新・再同期できるのか が非常に分かりにくいです。 ポリシー違反の理由だけではなく、「Metaが実際に審査に使用した商品データ」を確認できるようにしてほしいです。 また、Shopifyの商品情報を更新した際には、Meta側の商品説明も確実に再同期できる機能や「今すぐ同期」のボタンがあると助かります。 広告配信に直結する部分なので、同期状況をもっと分かりやすくしてほしいです。"
