"導入後も定期的にフォローの連絡をいただける点や、広告運用に関するアドバイスをもらえる点は安心感があります。 管理画面もシンプルで見やすく、日本企業のサービスとしては 比較的わかりやすいUIだと感じました。 一方で、毎月の費用に対して明確な成果実感は まだこれからという印象です。 また、お電話時に過去の相談履歴や運用状況が どこまで共有されているのか少し分かりづらい場面もありました。 ただ、対応自体は丁寧で印象は悪くなく、 継続的に改善提案をしていただける点を含めると、 総合的にはサポート面に安心感のあるサービスだと思います。"
