"梱包・同梱物を柔軟にしたいため、委託ではなく自社発送にこだわりたく21年7月からロジクラを利用しています。数百件の注文でも「誰が」「何を」注文したのかを迷わなくなり、導入後の配送ミスは0になりました。余計なコストをかけずに、手元のスマホでできるのも魅力です。 特にShopify運用上で嬉しい部分は、各運送会社に応じた送り状CSV一括ダウンロード、追跡番号通知の自動連携です。ロジクラの管理画面上だけで注文情報を処理できるので、助かります。 さまざまな要望や不明な点に瞬時に対応いただける営業・CSチームの皆さんがいるので安心して利用できています。今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。(Giオンラインショップ担当)"

"Shopify導入を機に、同時にロジクラを導入しました。 結論から言うと、導入は大正解でした。 手動で行っていた在庫管理の時間は、体感としておそらく1/10程度になっています。 また入荷／出荷の工数が劇的に短縮し、ミスはゼロに。 もし手動で在庫管理をしているのであれば、導入するべきだと考えます。 ごく一部の機能に改善要望がないわけではないのですが、導入時や利用開始後のサポートを含め、本当におすすめできます。"
