"価格の面でとても助かっています。他の発送アプリは月額料金かかるにも関わらず、プラスシッピングは無料。しかも特別価格で普段の配送料よりも安いです。ラベル印刷もスムーズ。 ラベル印刷のときに訂正エラーが多いのが作業効率の低下につながってしまうので、もう少し緩めてもらえると嬉しい。今後ともよろしくお願いします。"

"Shopifyでの発送業務を効率化するうえで、非常に完成度の高いアプリだと感じています。 注文情報の確認から配送方法の選択、送り状の購入、ラベル印刷までの操作導線がシンプルに設計されており、ITツールに慣れていない担当者でも直感的に利用できます。複数の配送会社や配送サービスを一つの管理画面から選択できるため、発送業務のオペレーションを標準化しやすい点も優れています。 特に安心できるのは、配送方法やサイズなどを誤って選択して送り状を購入した場合でも、購入から10日以内であれば管理画面からキャンセルできることです。誤操作が発生した際のリカバリー手段が用意されているため、実務上の心理的負担も軽減されます。 また、一つの注文に含まれる商品を分割して発送する際の設定もわかりやすく、どの商品をどの配送に含めるのかを確認しながら処理できます。発送漏れや商品の取り違えなどのヒューマンエラーを抑えるうえでも有効だと感じています。 単に送り状を発行するだけではなく、注文確認から決済、印刷、分割発送までの一連のワークフローがよく考えられています。発送業務の効率化とミスの軽減を両立したいShopify事業者におすすめできるアプリです。"
