Every paid order reaches Royal Mail Click & Drop, and a daily email proves nothing was missed.
MakePost sends each paid Shopify order to Royal Mail Click & Drop and checks its own work. A sweep every 15 minutes catches missed orders and retries failures, each with a plain reason. A daily email compares paid orders with Click & Drop and lists any gap with a one-click resync. You are alerted if syncing stalls or a printed label is not posted. Orders outside the UK get HS codes, origin and IOSS. Tracking for every parcel is written back to Shopify.
