Chat ON Desk adds OTP-based login and checkout verification to reduce fraud and COD return-to-origin losses. It supports COD order confirmation via WhatsApp, with responses synced to Shopify admin, and also helps convert COD to prepaid. The app automates cart recovery for abandoned carts, sends real-time order, shipping, and refund alerts, displays a Click-to-WhatsApp icon for direct chats, and enables automated customer engagement flows.
