On install it scans your store's public products and pages and builds its own knowledge, so it answers shopper questions about products, sizing, shipping, and policies in your store's own words. When it cannot answer, or a shopper wants a person, it collects their contact details as a lead. It works around the clock, handling routine questions while you are away, and can run on your other websites from the same account.
