EU law gives customers 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. This app adds a withdrawal button and form to your store. Each request is saved with order number, timestamp and reason, a confirmation email goes out in 24 EU languages, and everything appears in your dashboard. On Pro it can create the Shopify return and cancel unfulfilled orders automatically. Exclude products from withdrawal by tag. Setup takes two minutes. Data is hosted in Frankfurt.
