IntakeMint validates structured CSV files, matches customer emails and product variant SKUs, and keeps incorrect rows in an exception queue. After every exception is resolved, merchants can create one draft order per purchase order and customer. Duplicate protection prevents repeated confirmations from creating the same draft order twice.
