Shopifyのオンラインストアをベースにモバイルアプリを構築するサービスです。 Shopifyの顧客データ、顧客セグメントをもとに、アプリ利用者へプッシュ通知を配信したり、会員情報をアプリ上で表示したりすることで、"ポケットの中で店舗とお客様をつなぐ”体験を実現します。プッシュ通知は、新商品発売やセール開始など、送信する顧客セグメントを指定して配信するスケジュール配信と、配送完了通知など、Shopify上のイベントをトリガーにしたShopify Flowによる配信に対応。「つなポケ」を使えば、Shopifyストアに訪問していないときでも、お客様のスマホに直接アプローチでき、リピート購入や来店促進につながります。モバイルアプリ上では店舗用の会員証も表示可能。店舗でのログインの手間を省いて購買体験向上にも寄与します。
