The app analyzes each order using factors like phone number history, address quality, and past order behavior to generate a risk score from 0 to 100. Based on this score, merchants can quickly decide whether to accept, hold, or review an order.
TrueCOD is designed for simplicity and control. It does not automatically cancel orders, ensuring merchants always make the final decision.
