スグ領収書は日本のストアのための帳票発行アプリです。インストールから3分で、インボイス制度(適格請求書)の要件を満たした領収書・請求書・納品書を発行できます。適格請求書発行事業者の登録番号を印字し、税率ごと(10%・軽減8%)に対価と消費税額を自動集計、軽減税率対象には※を表示します。
電子発行のため収入印紙は不要です。さらに顧客セルフ発行ポータルを搭載。専用URLから購入者が注文番号とメールで本人確認し、宛名を指定して自分で領収書をダウンロードできるため、「領収書ください」の問い合わせ対応がゼロになります。管理画面の注文一覧からはワンクリックでPDF発行、書類番号の自動採番、発行履歴の再ダウンロードにも対応します。 金額を記載しない「ギフト納品書」にも対応し、贈り先に同梱しても価格が伝わりません。Proプランなら複数注文の帳票をまとめて1つのPDFに一括発行でき、月末の経理処理が数クリックで完了します。
