Add up a collection so mixed items count together, limit the order value, or give customers with a tag their own limits. Every rule is checked inside checkout, express checkouts included. A product page block shows the limits and sets the quantity selector to match, the cart lists what to change before checkout, and a simulator shows how any cart will be checked.
