    "顧客に見込み客を紹介をしてもらうのに、まず顧客にレターズのリクルートメッセージを送り、顧客にアンバサダーに登録してもらう必要がある。 その一手間が顧客にとって煩わしく、ハードルが高いと思う。 個別の割引きリンクだけを伝えてもらうとかもっと簡単でシンプルなシステムにしなければ使いづらいアプリだと感じた。"
