The Omnibus prior price: the lowest price in effect in the 30 days before a reduction, computed from your own recorded price history. And a shop-level record of which notices were active, and when they changed.
No shopper data is stored: no customer id, no e-mail, not even a hash. Whether your shop meets a duty is for a qualified professional to judge; this app gives the record and the arithmetic.
