既存商品やカスタム商品の見積依頼を受け付け、店舗側で内容を確認しながら見積作成から注文まで管理できるアプリです。 質問項目を複数設定でき、必要に応じて画像やPDFなどの添付ファイルも受け取れます。依頼内容を確認した後は、商品や数量、価格、割引、送料、納期などを調整して下書き注文を作成し、PDF見積書と支払い用の案内を顧客アカウントへ公開できます。在庫管理中の商品は見積の有効期限まで在庫を確保し、在庫不足時には見積発行を防ぎます。見積の進捗は、依頼受付、下書き注文作成、見積発行、注文完了までステータスごとに確認できます。カスタム商品にも対応しているため、通常の商品販売だけでなく、加工品、受注生産品、仕様確認が必要な商品などの見積業務にも利用できます。見積依頼やキャンセルがあった際は店舗側へ通知でき、必要な対応を確認しやすくします。見積依頼と注文処理を別々のツールで管理する手間を減らし、顧客とのやり取りから注文までを一つの流れで管理できます。
