Brug MitID til at validere alderen på dine kunder. Appen sørger for at dine kunder ikke kan købe alkohol og tobaksprodukter hvis de ikke er myndige.
I juni 2024 vedtog Folketinget et lovforslag, som bl.a. skal styrke kontrollen med salg af alkohol, tobak og nikotin til mindreårige.
Hvis en webshop, der sælger alkohol, har et ineffektivt alderskontrolsystem, vil bødeindstillingen fra sikkerhedstyrelsen første gang være på 10.000 kr. (25.000 kr. for tobak og nikotin produkter).
