日本の卸売では、20日締め・月末締めなど取引先ごとの締め日で1か月分をまとめた合計請求書を発行します。Shopify は支払条件を扱えますが合計請求書は作れず、書き出して手作業で集計している事業者が少なくありません。
本アプリは Shopify の B2B（会社）の注文を取り込み、締め日ごとに未請求ぶんを自動でまとめ、適格請求書に沿った合計請求書を発行します。B2B をお使いでない場合も、Shopify の顧客を取引先に登録すれば同じように取り込めます（オンライン決済済みは二重請求を避けるため除外）。税率別の内訳・端数処理・繰越に対応。発行と同時に控えを PDF で保存し、いつでも再交付できます（電子帳簿保存法への適合は運用に応じてご確認ください）。
入金は請求書に消し込み、売掛残高・期日超過・与信超過を一覧で把握。請求書一覧と取引明細は CSV で出力でき、会計事務所への受け渡しやご解約時の持ち出しにも使えます。お問い合わせはアプリ内のフォーム、または support@tsunagime.com へ。
本アプリは決済や送金は行いません。資金の貸付や売掛債権の買取も行いません。
