Customers change, exchange or cancel an order inside a window you set, claim the EU 14-day withdrawal, report a delivery problem with photos, register a warranty and download their invoice. After delivery you can suggest one more product, send a next-order coupon, return cashback as store credit, ask one survey question and remind customers when what they bought runs out.
