Set a sale start and end for each product, down to the minute. The app publishes the product to your Online Store at the start time and switches it at the end time. You choose what happens after the end: unpublish, mark as sold out by setting inventory to 0, or keep it visible but unbuyable. A sold-out product sells again as soon as you add inventory.
The product page countdown changes color when time is running out.
