"以前違うe-giftアプリを導入していたが、今回こちらのAll in giftにリプレイスしました。 理由は 1.ランニングコストが半減した 2.熨斗やラッピングをお客様で項目選択ができる 3.通常注文でも、1注文複数配送ができる 弊社の商品特性上giftが多く、個人・法人関わらず個別対応が発生するので そこが今後解消されていくと思っています。"

"最初は機能がたくさんあり説明のページもたくさんあったので、正直なところ「使いこなせるかな？」と少し不安もありました。 でも、分からないことがあればサポートの方がいつも丁寧に教えてくださり、こちらのやりたいことを聞いたうえで、使い方だけでなく「こんな形もありますよ」とアイデアまでいただけます。 Shopifyはアップデートが早いですが、Shopifyを専門にされているからこそ対応力があり、安心して相談できます。 そして何より、ハックルベリーの皆さんはとても熱量があって、素敵な方ばかりです。 ただアプリを導入して使うというよりも、一緒エンドユーザーに素敵な体験をしてもらうために伴走する、チームのような感覚があります。 機能の良さはもちろんですが、人の温かさや熱量も含めて、All in giftを選んでよかったと思っています。"
