Since Shopify search moved to semantic matching, a precise SKU, barcode or part number often returns hundreds of unrelated products. This app adds exact matching to your existing search bar: a SKU, EAN or UPC barcode or manufacturer part number returns that product first, with the right variant selected. Every barcode on a variant is found, not just the first; separators, spaces and case are ignored. Phones can scan a barcode with the camera. If the app is ever down, native search takes over.
