An email after each order asks for a review. Stars then show across your store and in Google.
Reviews that come in on their own. Days after an order is fulfilled, the buyer gets an email with each product and five stars to press. Stars and photo reviews show on the product page, under every product card, and in the rich snippets Google reads for search. Your ratings also fill Shopify’s own rating fields, for theme stars, the Shop app and Google Shopping. Shoppers can ask questions, and bundles show the reviews of what’s inside. AI can sum up reviews, draft replies and translate them.
