RYX Reviewは、日本のストア向けに設計されたレビューアプリです。 管理画面・投稿フォーム・カスタマーサポートすべてが自然な日本語。 海外アプリの翻訳では伝わりきらない細かな言い回しにもきちんと対応します。
導入は5分で完了。テーマのカスタマイズ画面から「レビュー一覧と投稿フォーム」「星評価サマリー」「ストア全体レビュー」の3つのブロックを好きな位置にドラッグ&ドロップするだけで、コード編集は一切不要。 デザインはお店のテーマに自然に馴染みます。
公開前のチェックができる承認制と、投稿即公開の自動承認を自由に切替できるので、運用ポリシーに合わせて選べます。 迷惑投稿をブロックする仕組みも最初から組み込まれているので、届いたスパムを1件ずつ判断する手間はかかりません。
Shopify Flowにも対応。新規投稿時・低評価投稿時・承認時の3つのタイミングで、お礼メールやSlack通知、クーポン発行などを自動化できます。
