Book a repair in from the admin or from the New Repair tile in Shopify POS, with jewelry fields (metal, stone, size, carat) and photos. Send quotes for online approval, take deposits and balances, and update customers automatically by email or SMS. Customers follow progress on their own tracking page, and you manage parts in the same place.
