"サイトリニューアル時に「Shopify」にシステム移管をし、「Omni Hub」を導入いたしました。 それまで、店舗の顧客様が管理できず、ECサイトと店舗のお客様の連携ができていなかった為、お客様に対し、アプローチやサポートなどができずに終わっていました。 ポイントに関しても、ECだけでのご利用に制限されていたので、今回の「Omni Hub」の導入で、店舗でも使用することができたりと、お客様にも喜んでいただけて良かったと思います。 他のサービスも今までできなかったことが実現でき、お客様とブランドの関係がより強固になりました。 サポートも手厚くしていただけ、大変助かっております。 顧客様に強いショップ様・強化したいショップ様はぜひ導入をお勧めいたします。"
