A warranty claim, a supplier recall or a lot about to expire: you need to know which unit or batch went to which order. The app records serial numbers such as IMEI or device IDs, and lot or batch numbers with expiry dates. Assign them to order lines from the order page, scanned with your phone, or at the Shopify POS till as you sell. A serial can only be assigned once, and cancelled orders release their numbers. Search any serial or lot to find its order; get alerts before lots expire.
