Mobimint Form Builder lets merchants build custom contact, inquiry, and wholesale registration forms from the Shopify admin, without a developer. Wholesale registration templates collect the details needed for a Shopify customer account, such as company name and address. Submissions can be approved automatically or manually, and approved customers are created in Shopify with merchant-defined tags. The app also supports multiple languages and file uploads on forms.
