"ランド名・商品名・品番など、お客様によって検索方法が異なるため、以前は欲しい商品に辿り着けないケースがありました。このアプリを導入してからは、ひらがな・カタカナ・漢字などの表記違いでも検索結果が出やすくなり、商品を探しやすいストアになったと感じます。 品番を途中まで入力した時点で候補が表示されるので、SNSやコーディネート投稿から来店したお客様にも便利です。テーマを編集せずに導入でき、検索回数が増えても料金が一定なのも、商品数が多いアパレルストアには安心でした。"
