Your store shows revenue, but revenue is not profit. The built-in AI estimates margin, yet it cannot see your real landed cost or ad spend, so the number is a guess. Marjn fixes this. You set the true cost per product, and Marjn reads your live order revenue and connected Meta ad spend to calculate your actual margin. Then you ask Sidekick a profit question and get a real answer instead of an estimate. Marjn uses only order amounts and never stores customer names, emails, or addresses.
