"UGC機能を弊社では利用させていただております。管理画面が直感的で使いやすく、日々の運用において大きな負担なく活用できている点がとても助かっています。投稿内容の確認や表示管理もしやすく、サイト上でお客様のリアルな声や使用イメージを伝えるための施策として役立っています。また、サポート体制が手厚いです。導入後も不明点があれば丁寧にご対応いただけること、レスポンスも早いためすぐに解消できるので大いに活用できる理由だと感じています。さらに、定期的に活用状況を見ながら、より効果的にUGCを活かすための改善提案もいただけるので、伴走していただいている感覚があります。引き続き活用していきたいと思います。"

"弊社ではUGC機能とソーシャル機能を利用しておりますが、管理画面の見やすさやサイトへの反映の仕組み、またスタッフが日常的に利用するスマートフォンアプリのUIまで、非常によく考えられていると感じています。ソーシャル機能の導入時には少し手こずる場面もありましたが、全体としては専門的な知識がなくても設定・運用できる設計になっており、導入ハードルの低さは大きな魅力だと思います。なにより質問や相談にも親身かつ丁寧に対応していただけるため、安心して導入・運用を進めることができました。また、ソーシャル機能ではスタッフが自身のスマホから投稿の成果や貢献度を確認できるため、個人のモチベーション向上だけでなく、組織的な活用にもつながる仕組みになっていると感じています。導入からまだ日が浅く、現時点では明確な成果を評価する段階ではありませんが、今後CVR改善や購買体験の向上にどのような効果が現れるのか楽しみに活用していきたいと思います。"
