It checks recent paid physical orders for overdue unfulfilled or partially fulfilled work, missing tracking after a configurable grace period, and shipment exceptions reported by Shopify. Set deadlines by location, choose whether weekends count, and exclude intentional waits such as preorders. Assign owners, record handoff notes, snooze, resolve, reopen, search, and export cases while Shopify remains the source of truth.
